WINK News/Hannah Vogel A water main leak on Sandpiper Street in the Royal Harbour area prompted a precautionary boil water notice Wednesday, according to the City of Naples spokesperson David Fralick. The affected streets are Sandpiper Street, north of Dolphin Road to Blue Point Avenue, streets in between Chesapeake Avenue, Jewel Box Avenue and Smugglers Cove, Fralick said. A precautionary boil water notice will be in effect until water quality samples are complete. If anyone has questions about the advisory can call the utilities department at 239-213-4745.
