Home surveillance video caught a man breaking into a home in Collier County. A homeowner said he stole clothes and several other personal things. Investigators said the man caught on camera broke into other homes as well.

On Saturday, Collier County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jamie Webb for breaking into multiple homes in the gated community of Briarwood in Naples on Wednesday, Jan. 16.

In the recording, Webb enters Robert Westreich’s home then leaves wearing different clothing, which Westreich said was his, along with more than a dozen other items, including an Apple television and Kindle.

Westbreich was not home during that incident; however, another woman was home when Webb broke into her house. The report said she found Webb standing in her kitchen. Webb was able to get past a guard in the gated community, which is also patrolled.

According to the report, the woman came back from a run to find Webb standing in her kitchen. The report said she screamed, ran away, and Webb took off, only to steal from more homes.

Webb has been arrested several times for burglary in Collier County.

For this latest crime, he’s facing multiple felony charges including Grand Theft.

Meanwhile, the security guard told WINK News they are working to improve their patrols in the community.
