3 new restaurants coming this fall to Coconut Point Cape Coral City Council salary, stipend won’t appear on November ballot
Photo by MGN. Is alcohol at a family water park a good idea? On Monday, Cape Coral’s Committee of the Whole will discuss a proposal by Sun Splash Family Water Park on selling alcoholic beverages within the park, in an attempt to help supplement income. The proposal says the money from the sales will go to park maintenance, new amenities at the park, and to reduce how much money is used from general funds. The park will enforce a two-drink per person maximum by using wristbands and beverages will consist of beer, wine, and wine smoothies. The park believes selling 250 drinks per day at a cost of $4 per beverage could net $114,000 in annual revenue. DOCUMENT: Read the full proposal here
