Fort Myers Attorney David Brener, who is the former attorney for Zombicon killer, Jose Bonilla has been missing for months, and if he does return he will be in some trouble. Brener has failed to show up for several prominent cases for his client, Bonilla, and now the Florida Bar has suspended Brener after back in October, a judge ordered a writ for police to find him. The Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement has finally posted his picture on their website as a wanted man for failing to appear. There are eviction notices on his office and condo as well. Davis Collins, the neighbor of Brener said he saw Brener about a month ago, but now, Brener is nowhere to be found. “There’s a lot of people around here that you know, they can’t put their hands around it,” Collins said. “Then you hear all the rumors, so I really don’t know what to think.”
