For most shoppers, there’s nothing more rewarding than getting a good deal. The days of coupon clipping are dwindling, leaving many reliant on savings apps and tools.

This holiday season, Kimberly Palmer at NerdWallet told WINK some of her favorite ways to save.

“If you’re not using these tools or apps to save money, then you’re just leaving money on the table that could be going into your holiday gifts,” Palmer says.

The app Shop Savvy scans the product’s barcode and searches stores other retailers for a better price.

Honey is a website that scans the internet for active promo codes and coupons, and automatically applies them to your purchase.

If you’ve already bought an item, but still want to keep an eye on the price, Earny and Paribus can help. The services scan your emails for online receipts and file a refund claim if a lower price turns up.

NerdWallet Cash Back is an app which automatically gives users cash back whenever they shop at more than 10,000 participating merchants.

If you’re an Amazon user, Camel Camel Camel tracks prices and will send price drop alerts.

When signing up for these services, they may ask to access your location, emails or camera.

Some of the tools can be combined to maximize savings.
