A woman was arrested on Wednesday for fleeing the scene of a crash at Gladiolus Dr. and Wall Dr. that sent two men to a hospital.

Carolyn Walsh was driving a 2001 Chevrolet pickup truck eastbound on Gladiolus Dr. in the outside lane. Angel Cruz III, with passenger Victor Agosto, was driving a 1986 Mazda pickup truck eastbound on Gladiolus Dr. ahead of Walsh, according to a Florida Highway Patrol press release.

Walsh, 47, carelessly drove her vehicle into the the rear of the Mazda, which resulted in significant property damage. Cruz, 28, and his passenger Agosto, 49, were transported to Lee Memorial Healthpark Hospital soon afterward.

Walsh, while topless, fled the crash scene on foot. It is not clear from the Florida Highway Patrol press release if she was topless when she was driving or became shirtless because of the crash.

Walsh was charged with two felony counts of leaving a crash scene involving injury; and misdemeanors of leaving a crash scene involving property damage and unattended property damage, along with knowingly giving false information to a LEO, or law enforcement officer.
