Investigation underway outside Family Dollar in Lehigh Acres

Law enforcement conducted an investigation outside the Family Dollar at 630 Bell Boulevard in Lehigh Acres Thursday.

Witnesses say that someone opened fire at the store while it was full of shoppers.

The investigation moved from the Family Dollar store over to a house across the street where witnesses say a person came out of the garage and began shooting.

No further information is immediately available.
