Self-defense training for women

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office is offering free classes to teach you what to do if confronted by a violent attacker. The two-hour S.A.F.E. program is designed for women of all ages. It teaches basic physical techniques and strategies to avoid dangerous situations before they happen. Classes are limited to only 20 people.
