WINK News Residents who live in the Historic Placida Fishing Village won a battle to keep their collection of old buildings and small-time feel. Two Boca Grande residents purchased the 18-acre property and plan to keep the village atmosphere after Charlotte County commissioners turned down plans for a massive marina project.
