Seafood to take center stage at Everglades City festival after Irma

Southwest Florida residents can partake in the culinary wonders of the sea this weekend at the Everglades Seafood Festival nearly five months after Hurricane Irma.

The event will take place from Friday to Sunday in front of City Hall on 102 Copeland Ave.

There will be country music, seafood, a fair, and arts and crafts, according to the event’s website. Admission is free.
