Hector Tapia (Lee Co. Case # 15CF37) enters no contest plea to manslaughter and discharging firearm from a vehicle. Garcia’s body was found off Ortiz Avenue. Tapia will serve his time in the Department of Corrections, according to the circuit’s tweet, followed by two years of probation.
