Reyes reportedly took off after causing the crash, leading police on a high-speed chase to the 700 block of Northwest 2nd Place.

The video shows Reyes in handcuffs and his car badly damaged with the airbags deployed.

“I should’ve just pulled over, I should’ve pulled off on the side of the road. I could’ve [expletive] gotten away with it,” Reyes could be heard saying in the dash cam video.

Reyes is accused of running over one witness with his car while attempting to evade authorities, according to police.

Reyes faces 21 charges for that crash. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 16.
