Volunteers help consumers in our community resolve issues they cannot resolve on their own.
Call For Action is a non-profit network of hotlines. The mission is to empower consumers by giving them a voice larger than their own.
Volunteers are trained to answer phone calls and and respond to online complaint forms. You will act as an ombudsman, helping consumers.
The phone lines are manned Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and volunteers usually work just one day a week.
