The festival announced its 2018 dates of April 28-29 at Markham Park in Fort Lauderdale. According to the promoter “Danny Warner Presents” which is based in Los Angeles, the decision to move to Fort Lauderdale was all about venue size and finances. That’s roughly four times the number of JetBlue Park, where the event has been held since its inception in 2013. Fort Rock says it could be more lucrative at a larger venue while also trying to maintain ticket prices. A larger venue could bring in more big name acts to a big venue while keeping prices within the same range. Rock’s top artists will be performing on two stages during the two-day festival.
