File photo via Buckley Air Force Base CHULA VISTA, Calif. (CNN/KWSB) Surveillance footage shows a boy donating his Halloween candy to a family whose bowl had been emptied. The boy approached the home on Halloween night with a group of other boys. The others turned around once they noticed the bowl was empty, but the boy stayed back, took candy out of his own bag, and placed it in the bowl. “He probably didn’t know there was a camera, and it was just from the goodness of his heart,” Kim Manolo, who lives in the house, said to KWSB-TV. Manolo posted the video to Facebook in an effort to identify the boy. He remains unknown, but the video elicited a positive response from those who saw it. “To see that really restored faith, and I think that’s why a lot of people were so happy to see it because there’s still good in the world. And it’s sad that you have to find it only with the children.”
