WINK News / Channing Frampton FORT MYERS, Fla. A 20-year-old man was killed Thursday afternoon in a motorcycle crash on U.S. 41 at the Caloosahatchee Bridge, according to the Fort Myers Police Department. Kalib Banasiak, of Cape Coral, was taken to Lee Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said. The crash happened on the entrance ramp from downtown Fort Myers and blocked one of the northbound lanes for a few hours. The circumstances leading up to the crash remain unclear.
