Study: Lehigh, Cape Coral, Fort Myers among fastest-growing in U.S.

FORT MYERS, Fla. Three Lee County places are among the top 15 fastest growing cities in America, according to a WalletHub ranking.

Lehigh Acres, though not incorporated as a city, is No. 3 on WalletHub’s list. Fort Myers is No. 7 and Cape Coral is 15th. The rankings were based on local economic growth.

Frisco, Texas, claimed the top spot. It was tied with Fort Myers for No. 1 in WalletHub’s highest job growth category.
