NAPLES, Fla. The Royal Palm Academy is working to fill a school bus with supplies to send to victims of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico.

Parents will continue to collect donations until 6:00 p.m. Friday at the school on 16100 Livingston Rd.

“Our community never fails to show up, our parent base never fails to show up,” school board member Jacqueline Baladra said.

The supplies will be taken to Tampa and from there passed on to the National Guard to be distributed on the Island this weekend.
