FORT MYERS, Fla. Four purses were snatched Tuesday and Wednesday in parking lots near the Edison Mall, police said.

Police are looking for three or four women believed to be responsible. They’re described as young and driving a red, four-door sedan with tinted windows, police said, adding that the car might be a Nissan.

The women had their hair pulled up in buns or pixie tails and were laughing or acting as if the crime was a game, police said.

Anyone with information is urged to call Fort Myers Police Det. Gloria Camacho at 239-321-7700.
