Detectives found crack cocaine, hydromorphone, and drug paraphernalia inside, and they’ll use the cameras to identify people who bought drugs from Cabral, the sheriff’s office said. Six cameras were mounted around the property, and one was trained on a shed where some of the drugs were stored, according to the sheriff’s office. Cabral is facing charges of possession of cocaine, possession of hydromorphone and possession of drug paraphernalia. His girlfriend, 20-year old Julie Rembert, was arrested and faces a drug possession charge. Both were taken to the Martin County Jail.
