Jaqavies “Quay-Quay” Rivers (Photo provided by family) NORTH PORT, Fla. A 22-year-old man was killed Tuesday at a home in North Port, police said Thursday. The body of Jaqavies “Quay-Quay” Rivers was found around 12:25 a.m. at a home on the 2400 block of Roxbury Circle, according to police. The killing is not believed to be a random act, police said. Police declined to say how Rivers was killed, citing the need to protect their investigation. Anyone with information is urged to call North Port Police Det.
