Kenneth Quinton Wallace, of Naples, who remained at the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday, faces charges of grand theft of a property and burglary of dwelling structure or conveyance while armed. Deputies believe Wallace was involved in other burglaries during the storm.
