FORT MYERS, Fla. Comcast Xfinity customers who lost their service during Hurricane Irma could get a credit on their bill.

Customers can fill out a questionnaire to see if they qualify. The same form can be used to request suspension of service, report a down line, seek replacement equipment, or lodge any other questions, the company said.

Credited accounts will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and it may take between one and two payment cycles, according to Xfinity.
