Cape Coral, Fla. – The Cape Coral Police Department made an arrest Friday of a man wanted for a September 14th strong-arm robbery. Hector Torres Jr., 23, was arrested under suspicion of beating a man and taking his wallet and cell phone in a McDonald’s parking lot on NE Pine Island Road. The incident happened on September 14th. Torres was charged with robbery without a weapon and battery. Torres remains in the Lee County jail with bail set at $5,000.
