Feeding families, first responders after Irma

NAPLES, Fla. Come get a hot dog or a bratwurst Thursday morning from the Big Taste Grill.

Johnsonville Sausage’s Big Taste Grill is 65 feet long, and can cook 750 bratwursts at one time, said Suzy Shelstad, of Johnsonville Sausage. The company is providing a hot meal for those affected by Hurricane Irma, and everyone is welcome.

Johnsonville will be serving until 10 a.m. at the Johnsonville Marketplace at 6355 Naples Blvd.

The Big Taste Grill will also be at two locations in Immokalee this weekend:

  • From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday: Farm Workers Village, 2225 Chadwick Circle
  • From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday: Immokalee Community Park, 321 N. First St.
