MARCO ISLAND, Fla. A boil water notice has been lifted for the entire island.

Water in part of the city was given the OK on Monday. City officials gave the all-clear for the rest of the island Tuesday.

“We’re just getting back to some normalcy here on Marco Island,” firefighter Chris Bowden said.

The city where Irma made landfall is bouncing back, many residents say.

“I’m impressed at how the city’s doing.” Debbie Haeussler said.

The rest of Collier County remains under a boil water notice.
