Man, 20, fatally wounded in Lehigh Acres

LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. A 20-year-old man was fatally wounded Thursday near Leonard Boulevard South, according to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responded to a disturbance call at around 6:00 p.m. in the area of  Leonard Boulevard North and Leonard Boulevard South and found Aden James Wright fatally wounded, deputies said.

Witnesses on scene advised numerous citizens were traveling the roadway when the incident occurred and continued on as they may have not noticed what had just happened, deputies said.

The circumstances leading up to Wright’s death remain unclear. The homicide investigation is ongoing at this time.
