Downed power lines reported in Sanibel

SANIBEL, Fla. A number of downed power lines were reported Monday in Sanibel, according to city officials.

Residents are reminded not to touch, drive or walk over any bare or downed power lines, city officials said. It could be fatal to make contact with an electrified power line.

Bailey Road is now barricaded, city officials said. The line is expected to be repaired Tuesday.
