NAPLES, Fla. Don’t call 911 unless you have an emergency.

That’s the message from emergency management officials overwhelmed with calls from people looking for information about Hurricane Irma.

Collier dispatchers are “overwhelmed” with calls, county spokeswoman Kristi Lester said Friday morning.

The numbers to call for hurricane information in each Southwest Florida county are below:

• Collier – 311
• Lee – 211
• Glades – 211
• Hendry – 211
• Highlands – 863-385-1112
• Charlotte – 211 (Englewood residents dial 697-4308 and select option 8 for 211)
