Plans move forward for CenterPlace in Fort Myers

FORT MYERS, Fla. Plans for a new development called CenterPlace, located east of Ben Hill Griffin Parkway and south of Alico Road, will include nearly 2,000 homes, 200,000 square feet of retail space and about 250 hotel rooms.
