After multiple attacks, Cape Coral dog owner wants others to better train their animals

CAPE CORAL, Fla. Eva Maloney, whose dog was attacked twice, wants other dog owners to better train their animals so they won’t lose control around other animals.

“You want an animal, you need to spend time training it the proper way,” she said.
