Charlotte County lifted its burn ban Tuesday, the Charlotte County Board of Commissioners said. The ban prohibited the use of outdoor burning, fireworks and sparklers. Hendry County, Lee County, Collier County and Cape Coral ended their burn bans earlier this month.
