MYAKKA CITY, Fla. (AP) A Southwest Florida woman was struck and killed by a truck in a tomato field.

The Naples Daily News (https://goo.gl/wEIjnG) reports that 62-year-old Angelina Mateo was walking down an aisle Thursday afternoon in a Myakka City field. Florida Highway Patrol says a farm truck was backing down the same aisle, and the driver didn’t see the woman behind him. The truck hit Mateo, and she died at the scene.

FHP says the truck driver won’t face charges.
