Fort Myers special needs school considering permanently shutting its doors

FORT MYERS, Fla. The Goodwill L.I.F.E. Academy is considering closing its doors for good, leaving nearly 40 special needs students without a school next year.

Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida is holding a meeting with parents regarding the school’s future on May 22.

The last day of school is May 26.
