Florida clinic in trouble after medical marijuana patients arrested

FORT MYERS, Fla. Two patients who relied on a Florida attorney who said they could use and grow medical marijuana legally are taking legal action following their arrest. The Fort Myers clinic previously affiliated with the attorney said they have since disassociated with him.
