LABELLE, Fla. A former South Trail Fire and Rescue firefighter was found guilty Tuesday in the 2013 rape of a 16-year-old girl on the party bus he owned, the state attorney’s office sad.

Timothy Alexander Jr., 35, faces up to 60 years in prison after his conviction on two counts of sexual battery by multiple perpetrators, the state attorney’s office said. The victim testified against him during the four-day trial in Hendry County. Alexander was without an attorney.

The victim said Alexander raped her as co-defendant Joshua Bryan held her down. Bryan is set for trial next month.

Sentencing for Alexander is scheduled for June 22.
