NORTH PORT, Fla. An accused serial burglar is at large after breaking into at least two homes Wednesday, Charlotte County deputies said. The burglaries took place on Biscayne Drive and Jacobs Street in broad daylight. “I can’t believe that at all,” resident John Stelmaszewski said. “This is a very quiet neighborhood and I wouldn’t believe anything like that would happen around here.” No further information is immediately available.
