Several neighborhoods are under a precautionary boil water notice, Collier County government said Thursday. A water line break caused the problem affecting the following communities: Heritage Bay The Quarry Esplanade The Preserve River Stone Olde Cypress Saturnia Lakes Heritage Green Ibis Cove Laurel Lakes Key Royal Pebblebrooke Bent Creek Tuscany Cove La Morada The Pebblebrooke Plaza shopping center is also included. Residents and business owners should boil all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth or washing dishes, the county said. A rolling boil of one minute is recommended. This precautionary boil water notice will remain in effect until acceptable bacteriological testing has been completed, the county said.
