FORT MYERS, Fla. A suspect is at large after a robbery Thursday at a convenience store on Palm Beach Boulevard, Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers said.

The suspect is accused of stealing more than $600 in razor blades, according to officials. He walked into a CVS store on the 10000 block of Palm Beach Boulevard and filled up a handheld basket with razor blades.

An employee who was suspicious of the suspect’s actions waited by the store’s front door, officials said. Before rushing out of the store, the suspect pushed the employee to the ground and left in a white Nissan with clear euro lights.

The suspect was described as balding with black short hair on both sides of his head and walked with a limp. He was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, khaki shorts, white and flip flops at the time of the theft.

Anyone with information should call Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477). Tips may also be made online. Tipsters are eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
