Teen in critical condition following weekend LaBelle shooting

LABELLE, Fla. An 18-year-old is in critical condition after he was shot at a gas station early Saturday morning, the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office said.

Brady Walker was shot by someone he argued with while at the Shell Gas Station on West State Road 80 at about 1:02 a.m., the sheriff’s office said.

Authorities said they’re searching for a person of interest but did not release his identity.

Deputies tracked down a white Ford F-150 near State Road 29 and Busser Road they believed might be connected to the shooting. The occupants told them their friend had just been shot, according to the sheriff’s office.

No further information was immediately available.
