Fort Myers Police Department FORT MYERS, Fla. The document, addressed to Police Chief Derrick Diggs from lieutenants Roger Valdivia, Rebecca Prince, Jeffery Bernice, Jay Rodriguez, William Musante and Enrico Doro, listed 14 instances where they claim inaccuracies within the audit. “Though we stand behind the recommendations of the Freeh Group, a review of this report revealed some of the published statements that falsely represent our agency and should be corrected, redacted or provided as an addendum to the report,” the letter said.
