WESTON, Fla. Alcohol was in the systems of two men whose bodies were found inside a car in a canal along Interstate 75, an autopsy report found.

The two men were last seen alive at 2 a.m. Nov. 13 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida. Their bodies were pulled from a canal at mile marker 35 on Nov. 15.

Josh Lausche, 25, also had drugs, specifically cannabinoids, in his system, according to findings. The cause of death for both Lausche and 21-year-old Sebastian Ramos, who was also in the car, was accidental drowning, according to a medical examiner.

It’s also unclear which of them was driving that night.

Both had ties to Southwest Florida. Ramos was an FGCU student and aspiring musician. Lausche was a former employee of Masa restaurant at the Mercato in North Naples.
