FWC considers end to fishing restrictions on goliath grouper

FORT MYERS, Fla. Anglers may soon have the chance to harvest goliath grouper, as the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conversation Commission is soliciting public comment on a proposal to loosen its catch-and-release rules for the species of fish that can reach up to 800 pounds.
