FORT MYERS, Fla. — The man accused of robbing and shooting a clerk Tuesday night at the Family Diskount Food Store has a $125,000 bond.

Jean Andris, 34, of Fort Myers was charged with robbery, aggravated battery and carrying a concealed weapon.

While the judge found probable cause for attempted armed robbery, Andris denies the claims and said he plans to get a lawyer.

Andris is required to stay away from the Family Diskount on 7174 Cypress Dr, a judge said. In addition, he’s prohibited from posessing any firearms, drugs or alcohol.

He appeared in court at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the Lee County Justice Center on 2000 Main St.
