TAVARES, Fla. — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued a missing child alert for a 16-year-old Lake County girl. Sarah Evans was last seen on the 2000 block of Bracknell Forest Trail in Tavares, the FDLE said. She was wearing a purple tank top, camouflage pants, black flip-flops and a dark blue-and-black backpack. Evans has freckles on her face and an anchor tattoo on her right forearm that extends from her wrist to her elbow.
