Gov. Scott to talk job growth in Naples

NAPLES, Fla. — Gov. Rick Scott will talk about job creation Monday during a stop in Naples.

Scott will appear at 9 a.m. at Best Home Services, an air conditioning, electrical and plumbing company on 1455 Rail Head Blvd. No. 1, his office said.

The governor made a similar visit Dec. 12 at ACI Worldwide, an electronic payment company headquartered in Collier County that was expected to create 57 new jobs.

The Naples area added 2,900 new private-sector jobs in December with an unemployment rate of 4.5 percent, Scott’s office said Friday.
