Florida Power and Light CAPE HAZE, Fla. — Power has been restored following a Wednesday evening outage, Florida Power and Light said. The issue affected 256 customers, according to FPL. Power went out around 8:47 p.m. and began coming on again around 6 a.m. Thursday. The cause of the outage is not known, but officials are investigating. No further information was immediately available.
