PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. — Two men were arrested Wednesday after surveillance footage appeared to show them burglarizing the same business twice, the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office said.

Luis Miguel Perez-Toledo, 24, and Osmany Toledo-Suares, 25, of Lehigh Acres, stole a $3,000 trailer in November and a diesel truck last week from Galloway Roofing at 7253 Gasparilla Road, Unit 1, deputies said. Detectives recovered the truck several days later in Miami.

“There’s some damage to it, but we got the truck back and it’s still running,” said Dave Galloway, the owner of the business.

Toledo and Suarez stole $2,500 worth of roofing supplies as well, according to an affidavit. They’re also accused of using the trailer to steal marine equipment from another business nearby.

Toledo and Suarez are in custody at the Charlotte County Jail and face grand theft and burglary charges.
