Fort Myers man sentenced in federal credit card case

FORT MYERS, Fla. — A Fort Myers man was sentenced Monday to three years and nine months in federal prison for credit card fraud and aggravated identity theft, the Justice Department said.

Edrey Santo Rojas, 31, entered a guilty plea in August as part of an agreement with prosecutors. Rojas was accused of using other people’s credit cards at the Nike Factory Store, Target, Kay Jewelers, McDonald’s and the Home Depot, according to the Justice Department.

The FBI and the Lee County Sheriff’s Office investigated the case.
