Charlotte County Fire and EMS PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. — All lanes have reopened following a two-vehicle crash Tuesday morning at the intersection of northbound U.S. 41 and Gardner Drive, a Charlotte County Fire and EMS official said. The crash happened at 6 a.m., and no injuries were reported. However, both vehicles sustained extensive damage, authorities said. Charlotte County Fire and EMS was on scene, and three lanes on U.S. 41 were shut down at the intersection.
